Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted up to 21 days before the event and are subject to a handling and administration charge of £45.00 + VAT per booking. This will be deducted from any refund due or invoice.

We will not accept cancellations within 20 days of the event date, but you can nominate a substitute delegate or transfer your booking to another event.

It may be necessary for us to make changes to the speakers, programme timing and/or venue. All such changes will be notified in advance of the event.

In the case where an event is not held for any reason, Cando Events's liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.

By registering for an event, Cando Events can provide you with information relating to your booking and other Cando Events related events and services via email, direct mail, fax or telephone. If you do not wish to receive this information, please inform Cando Events by email.
